These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Agilo Research Private Limited (“Agilo Research”), acting as the implementing agency and technology partner for the Virtual Lab Platform in collaboration with Samagra Shiksha,Himachal Pradesh, and the users (“You”, “Users”) who access or use the Website/Platform and related services.
This agreement explains all the necessary points pertaining to our terms and conditions and may be modified by Agilo Research Private Limited (STEMpedia) from time to time. This agreement (inclusive of all terms and conditions) applies to all types of visitors, users, others who access the Website/Platform (“You”, “Users”), who access or use the Virtual Lab Website/Platform, simulations, 2D/3D assets (models, images, etc.) and related educational content /services (collectively, the “Website/Platform”).
Please ensure that you read through all the terms & conditions and fully understand the contents of this agreement. If you have any doubts or questions about your rights and obligations which could result from your acceptance of our agreement, kindly get in touch and consult with us.
By using or accessing our Website/Platform, you confirm that you have read through, fully understood, and agreed to abide by this agreement and have given your consent to us for the collection and use of your information as per the STEMpedia privacy policy.
Tangible or intangibles products, services, courses, books, educational content, tutorials, software or apps downloaded or bought from this website https://vr.icm-hp.com/, any sub-domains of STEMpedia, third party store/affiliations (for example Google PlayStore, Apple AppStore, Windows Store, online software or app listing portals, etc), any kind of media, or social media, are for self-consumption only, and the users or buyers are not authorized to resell/co-brand it with other products or services/demonstrate in any other offline or online channels/use it for business activities, unless formally approved by Agilo Research Private Limited (STEMpedia) in written communication.

Agilo Research serves as the implementing agency, platform developer, and operational manager of the Virtual Lab Platform under a partnership / engagement with Samagra Shiksha, Himachal Pradesh for educational purposes.
All page headers, graphics, logos,service names, educational content,2D/3D (models, images, etc.), simulations/animations etc. available/posted on our website/platform are trademarks of Agilo Research Private Limited (STEMpedia). We don’t give any rights to any party or user to use our trademarks – service & product names, logos, graphics, other information posted on the website/platform without a written permission of STEMpedia.
The Virtual Lab Platform is a government- backed learning initiative developed by Agilo Research in partnership with Samagra Shiksha,Himachal Pradesh to support conceptual understanding through interactive virtual simulations, digital content, 2D/3D assets, and virtual learning experiences for schools, teachers, students, and institutions.
3A. Government Partnership Disclaimer
Where the Platform is deployed under any government program, including Samagra Shiksha,Himachal Pradesh, such deployment is subject to applicable program approvals, administrative requirements, and public education objectives. Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as transferring ownership of Agilo Research intellectual property unless expressly agreed in writing.
Any content like logos, graphics, pictures, textual, audios, videos, 2D/3D assets (models, images, etc.), simulations, any educational content, and data made available on the website/platform are properties of Agilo Research Private Limited (STEMpedia)and have been protected by copyright laws. The information, content (as mentioned above) made available through the website/platform is the exclusive property of STEMpedia, protected by the copyright laws. STEMpedia reserves all rights of the content being posted on the website/platform and the content not expressly granted on the website/platform.
The website/platform is intended for educational use by learners, educators, and institutions. Users under the age of 18 may access the website/platform only under parental, guardian, or institutional supervision. Schools and institutions are responsible for obtaining necessary parental consents where applicable.
You are solely responsible for your login and password credentials. Please do NOT share your user login and password with anyone and ensure that your login credentials are NOT misused by anyone. You agree to provide accurate and current information. Any activity performed through your account will be deemed your responsibility. Users must immediately notify STEMpedia of any unauthorized access or breach of security.
User credentials may be created directly by Agilo Research, or provisioned through school administrators and authorized officials under Samagra Shiksha, Himachal Pradesh. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials.

8A. Agilo Research Property: All simulations, 2D/3D assets, and software code remain the exclusive intellectual property of Agilo Research (STEMpedia). Access provided via the Samagra Shiksha partnership does not constitute a transfer of ownership.
8B. Government Branding: Logos and trademarks pertaining to Samagra Shiksha or the Government of Himachal Pradesh are the property of their respective departments and are used herein for project identification and implementation purposes.
2D/3D assets (models, images, etc.) created for Virtual Lab are proprietary assets of Agilo Research Private Limited (STEMpedia). These models may not be copied, downloaded, reverse-engineered, modified, reused, redistributed, sublicensed, displayed publicly, or used in any form by visitors, users, or third parties without prior written permission from Agilo Research Private Limited (STEMpedia).
Any unauthorised use of these models for commercial, educational, or personal purposes outside the website/platform is strictly prohibited. Training, testing, developing, fine-tuning, or operating artificial intelligence, machine learning, data mining, or automated systems of any kind is strictly prohibited without prior consent. Creating derivative works, replicas, or competing educational products based on Virtual Lab Content or simulations is not permitted.
Certain 2D/3D assets (models, images, etc.) displayed on the website/platform may be sourced from third parties under valid licences. Appropriate attribution and credit are provided wherever required, in accordance with the applicable third-party licence terms. Link: Third Party 3D/2D models
Users are not granted any rights to reuse third-party assets merely because they are visible on the website/platform. All third-party assets remain the property of their respective owners and are governed by their individual licence agreements.
iii. Educational Content
Where applicable, educational concepts, simulations, and visualisations presented on Virtual Lab are developed with reference to standard textbooks, academic resources, curriculum frameworks, research publications, or publicly available educational sources. Appropriate references or acknowledgements are provided wherever required.
Accessing, viewing, or interacting with simulations, 2D/3D assets (models, images, etc.) on the Virtual Lab website/platform does not grant users any licence, ownership, or reuse rights, whether express or implied. Nothing in these Terms grants users any licence or ownership rights—express or implied—over any intellectual property displayed on the website/platform.
The website/platform is intended solely for learning and conceptual understanding. While efforts are made to ensure accuracy, Virtual Lab does not guarantee that all content is error-free, curriculum-specific, or examination-oriented. The educational content, simulations, models, and explanations provided on Virtual Lab may be updated, refined, corrected, or enhanced from time to time to improve the accuracy, clarity, pedagogical effectiveness, or alignment with curriculum standards.
All users must always keep the confidential information acquired in consequence of the contract, including business correspondence, technical literature, except for information which is bound to be disclosed by law or to its professional advisers where it is necessary for the performance of their professional services.
The users agree not to disclose any confidential information of Agilo Research Private Limited (STEMpedia) to anyone, unless and until it is required to do so by law.
User-Generated Content includes any comments, projects, forum posts or links directed to third party websites that users submit to STEMpedia.
STEMpedia encourages every user to foster and heave up creativity by sharing art, works, and projects on STEMpedia. We also understand the need to protect the rights of users for their content – hence, users are responsible for protecting their rights of sharing content on the STEMpedia website.
If you notice a violation of any of terms and policies with respect this agreement, we request you to please let us know/bring to our attention immediately, so that necessary steps can be actioned accordingly.
The Platform may integrate with third-party tools, school systems, government dashboards, or authorised institutional systems for implementation, reporting, or service delivery purposes. Agilo Research is not responsible for third-party systems beyond its direct control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agilo Research shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
Neither Agilo Research nor Samagra Shiksha, Himachal Pradesh, shall be held liable for any technical interruptions, loss of data due to user negligence, or misuse of the platform by third parties. The platform is provided “as-is” for educational purposes.
Virtual Lab reserves all rights to terminate and cancel user rights and accounts of anyone without giving a prior notice if a user doesn’t comply with the mentioned terms and conditions.
Virtual Lab may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website/platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These conditions and the documents referred to in them, set out the entire agreement between the Parties and supersede any prior written or oral agreement between them relating to the subject matter of the Contract and the buyers acknowledge that in entering into the contract or agreement, it has not relied on any representation, not expressly set out in the contract.
If any provision of these conditions is held to be illegal, void or unenforceable, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remainder of the Contract is not to be affected.
Nothing in this contract excludes liability for fraud. No person (either legal or natural) who is not a party has a right to enforce any term or condition of the Contract. All suspected fraud causes are to be handed directly to the relevant authorities without exception.
Any references to Samagra Shiksha,Himachal Pradesh in these Terms are solely in relation to project implementation, public education collaboration, and authorised deployment of the Platform.
Subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction only.
Website/Platform Display & Acceptance
By accessing the Virtual Lab website/platform, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. Continued use of the website/platform constitutes acceptance of the same.
